PERSONAL (Photocopies)

  • Most recent 30 Days pay stubs from borrower (an Co-borrower if any).
  • Last two years W-2's (and Federal Tax Returns, if required).
  • Last three months bank statements(all pages) for any accounts used in transaction.
  • Check for Appraisal / Credit / Application

    • MISCELLANEOUS (if applicable)

  • Stocks, IRA's, 401K's, Pension Statements, and bonds, most recent copy of your portfolio statement.
  • College Diploma, and / or seperation agreement, if applicable.
  • If you are selling your home, Sales Contract.
  • Bankruptcy discharge, Full schedule of creditors and letters of explanation.
  • Copies of Photo I.D. and Social Security Card.
  • Copies of Leases for Multifamily and Commercial properties.

    LIST OF THE FOLLOWING :

  • Previous Employer if on the same job less than two years.
  • Previous address and landlord if at the same address less than two years.
  • Current landlord address
  • Schedule of other Real Estate owned
  • Name, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments and balances for the following:
      All Loans (auto, personal, education or mortgages).
      Credit cards and any other monthly installment debts.
